Our mission is simple:
build instructional coaching systems that grow teachers and raise student achievement.

We believe instructional coaching is the most powerful tool for improving teaching and learning, but only when it’s done with clarity, consistency, and purpose.

Too often, coaching in schools is reactive, disconnected, or dependent on one person’s style. That’s why we exist: to help schools create coaching systems that are sustainable, impactful, and designed for long-term success.

Our vision is a world where every educator feels supported, every student receives high-quality instruction, and every school has the structures in place to make that happen.

OUR APPROACH

The Simply Coaching Framework™ is built around three core anchors: focus areas that run through all of our work. These anchors help schools strengthen instructional coaching from every angle: building strong systems, developing the people who lead and teach, and using data to drive collective results.

Each anchor is supported by a signature framework, giving schools a clear, practical way to make progress in every area.

Anchor 1: Establish the System

This anchor is about moving from coaching that happens here and there to a clear, school-wide structure that everyone understands. When the system is in place, teachers know what support is available, how to access it, and what to expect. Coaching becomes part of the school’s regular rhythm, built into the vision, schedules, and priorities, so it’s not something extra; it’s just how the school works. The S.I.M.P.L.E. Blueprint™ guides this anchor by helping leaders and coaches design a Teacher Support System that is clear, consistent, and sustainable.

Anchor 2: Develop Educators

This anchor is about moving from one-size-fits-all professional development to growth that’s intentional and personalized for every educator—coaches, teachers, and leaders. It recognizes that the people in the system are the biggest driver of student success, so their learning needs to be ongoing, connected to real classroom practice, and tailored to their roles.

The Simple CoachPath™ supports coaches in building clarity, organization, and strong instructional tools. The Simple GrowthPath™ helps teachers strengthen their practice in key areas like classroom organization, management and culture, content, and instructional execution. The Simple LeaderPath™ equips school and district leaders to create the conditions for coaching to thrive, protect time for the work, and support both coaches and teachers effectively.

Together, these frameworks ensure everyone in the school has a clear, role-specific path for growing their skills and confidence.

Anchor 3: Drive Collective Impact

This anchor is about moving from isolated improvements in individual classrooms to a shared responsibility for student success across the whole school. It focuses on building a culture where teachers, coaches, and leaders work together, use data to guide decisions, and hold themselves accountable for results. Progress isn’t measured only by individual wins, but by school-wide growth in teaching and learning. The Simple DataCycles™ framework supports this anchor by giving teams a clear process for reviewing academic and behavior data, identifying next steps, and tracking the impact of their actions over time. The P.A.R. Coaching Cycle (Plan, Act, Reflect) works alongside DataCycles to guide one-on-one and small group coaching, helping educators set clear goals, implement strategies, and reflect on their results. Together, these tools turn collaboration into measurable improvement so every student benefits from the collective expertise of the team.
