The Simple Strategy Coaching™ book serves as our guide throughout the bootcamp. The book is not required, but it will help you go deeper.

We’ll begin with the foundation of the work and define what strategy coaching actually is.

Strong coaching starts with clarity. This week focuses on the systems, routines, and structure that help coaches work with purpose.

- Build systems and routines that support consistent coaching
- Organize your simple strategy notebook and planning process
- Create stronger structure for your daily coaching work
Week 3: June 15 - Phase 2: Learn the Process
This week focuses on the 7 Steps of Strategy Coaching and how to move coaching from conversation to action through a clear and practical process.
Objectives for the Week
- Learn the 7 Steps of Strategy Coaching
- Understand how each step supports stronger implementation
- Build a clearer process for planning, support, and follow through
- Identify how to use the process to guide coaching conversations
- Strengthen your ability to move coaching into classroom practice
Week 4: June 22 - Phase 3: Put It Into Practice
Coaching only works when it leads to action. This week focuses on coaching strategies, implementation support, and how to sustain the work over time.

- Move from coaching conversations to classroom action
